Hoskinson noted that he\u00a0<strong>approves of the specification-based development approach of Elizabeth Stark, CEO and founder of this project.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tezos\"><\/span><b><br \/>\nTezos\u00a0<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>It is a blockchain with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitnovo.com\/blog\/en\/what-is-proof-of-stake-and-how-does-it-work\/\">Proof of Stake<\/a>\u00a0consensus algorithm,<strong>\u00a0created to provide security and code corrections required for assets.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hoskinson appreciates Tezos,\u00a0<strong>despite the toxicity of his community towards Cardano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"algorand\"><\/span><b><br \/>\nAlgorand<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>It is a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitnovo.com\/blog\/en\/what-is-proof-of-stake-and-how-does-it-work\/\">Proof of Stake<\/a>\u00a0blockchain\u00a0<strong>founded by computer science Turing award winner Silvio Micali.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It supports\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitnovo.com\/blog\/en\/what-is-a-smart-contract\/\">smart contracts<\/a>\u00a0and its protocol is Pure PoS (PPos) and ensures that the influence of each user is proportional to their participation.<\/p>\n<p>Hoskinson describes it as<strong>\u00a0\u201canother one of the currencies of science\u201d, so he believes that, within this community, they should support each other.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"dash\"><\/span>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitnovo.com\/blog\/criptomoneda-dash\/\"><b>Dash<\/b><\/a><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>It is another project on Hoskinson\u2019s list that focuses on privacy.
